In accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Fight against Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (ZPPDFT-1), Nekster must provide the necessary information about the owner of an investor account and keep a detailed record about it. For that reason, every investor must go through the identification and verification process by uploading a copy of personal ID.
