I have problems withdrawing funds from my investor account to my bank account. Why?
Please make sure that your funds are indeed available for withdrawal or are that they are not bound to investments that have not been completed yet.
If you have invested in investments with the Payment Guarantee, you should wait for the investments to be paid off, first.
If you have invested in investments with the BuyBack Guarantee, you can cancel your investment anytime and withdraw funds to your bank account.
Make sure that you have successfully uploaded a copy of your ID, filled out the investor form, and that your investor account has been verified.
